Let's Use Our Analytical Mind!

I write on this topic, not only to explain or highlight  about the positive aspects of being analytical, but kind of showing that a lot of times we realise later that we could have reacted in a much more mature way, but we choose to follow the tradition and keep mum.

Most people in my vicinity call me a debater, as I debate on almost everything, whether it's challenging an ongoing custom or the status quo. Again it's not that I derive an immense pleasure to play the bad cop, it's just that I prefer having a clear understanding of everything and that I believe everything must have a clear reason.

Why Is It Necessary to be Analytical?

Back in my school days when we were taught Karl Marx and his theories, we were shown as to how there were two schools of thoughts that varied with his ideologies. There was one that believed in his principles, and the other group that didn't comply with his principles. What's interesting is that both groups emphasised on reasons, as to why they did/didn't believe in Marx…

My Fascination

As a student back in school, I would always wonder as to how brutally honest and deeply committed these scholars were that they had the guts to challenge a person like Karl Marx?

And how very mundane are we that we silently oblige to anything and almost everything that is being served to us on a plate?

How Does Analysis Help?

Yesterday I was watching 'The Debate With Arnab Goswami' airing on Republic Tv. The debate encircled around the Assembly Elections in Maharashtra and Haryana.

Out there in the news studio, there was a plethora of panelists who were literally jostling to place their points. And on the other hand, there was Arnab who was capably managing all of them, and at the same time asking all relevant questions citing examples from the past as to when who said what…

Simply Don't Take Down Anything as the Gospel Truth

The sun rises in the east, very well. Proof: If you take the pain of waking up a little early in the morning, you can see it for itself.

Dead souls roam here on earth. Sure, did you or anyone else actually see it with your own eyes? No? Then why do you go around making a fuss about it?

The Takeaway

As much as the article might sound radical, yet I was only striving for using our analytical minds when need be. Just like without any physical movement, your body seems to grow rigid, and doesn't entertain hard work, the same happens with your mind too. If you don't use it at all, your mind would stop functioning eventually!

So, we better use it. Maybe analytically!
