Morning Runs Can Elevate Your Mood. Really!


Woah, its Diwali peeps and y'all must be wondering that in spite of talking about fire crackers and worshipping the Goddess, am emphasising on health and fitness. Well, the point about jogging or a brisk walk is that it brightens up your day and for a while you feel fresh, and incase you wannabe in the limelight on social media, there are opportunities for that as well. 

Meeting Familiar Faces 

When I first began training and taking my health seriously, I met a lot of people equally striving to stay healthy and fit. A lot of them were already fit, trying to stay lean, while there were others like me who wanted to shed some kilos and be healthier.



When I go out running on Sundays, I get to see such people, who began the same journey with me someday. It feels good.

What also makes me happy is the freshness that stays with you post run. You no longer feel fatigued, or restless to start off the day, in fact you feel more and more productive and positive.

And, of course, it is a great mood elevator and stress buster. Honestly speaking, when you do an extra round, or you find your stamina a little higher, you feel amazing and super happy.

My colleagues used to tell me that such happiness is infectious and others catch the epidemic too soon!
