Where's All The Magic?
A sultry day curling around J K Rowling, boarding a train via 9 ¾ station, and dangling somewhere amid the lush green of the lawns. Probably intensifying the essence with Professor McGonagall's enigmatic lectures...
Or maybe seeking out an adventurous expedition to the perfect, magnanimous, ever beautiful, splendid and the city of fabulous riches, El Dorado all the way to Brazil? Wrapped in golden sheaths all over, perhaps the pandemic would have enhanced the beauty of the city by at least 10 fold, owing to the lack of human intervention...
Or maybe just merely bringing out a magic wand, and saying the secret codes like 'Mint Sauce' or 'Abra Ka Dabra', and spicing up your mundane dinner with options like pistachios, pizzas and mouth watering tiramisus...
My my… That'd be much of a grand sumptuous affair!
Or maybe just wishing before Hecate that no Corona or any pandemic, no matter how serious its nature can vanquish the soul or body, and that it may have the liberty to travel all across the globe, and redefine the concept of a globetrotter, without contracting COVID. And that luxury must sound like our very own 'Monday Blues', one that gently and calmly takes all the blame for having to work on a Monday...
Or maybe, personifying our objects of interest while we see them perform on the silver screen, and religiously save their faces as our lockscreen wallpapers! Sometimes, a Benedict Cumberbatch stepping out of our laptop screens and saying, 'You know my methods, Watson!' And, the eyes getting to actually see Cumberbatch clad in his black overcoat and sitting on the couch, pondering over a case in his unique style.
Aren't all these hypothetical situations magical? Where's all the magic? Does it lay somewhere confined in a tiny shell, and paying a visit only in our so called 'dreams', or the essence lies in seeing magic in everything?
